A good service is a regular, timely, trustworthy occurrence that is agreed upon by both sides, without any strings. It's done in a professional manner, to an agreed price. We tick those boxes. We have Service Agreements (not Contracts) that are not binding. We have our own signwritten fleet of vans and carry out almost all work in-house. That gives us control over jobs. Our time served, and qualified technicians are paid a decent wage and are not enticed to sell any more than is necessary. This protects the customer from salesmen who prey on the uncertainty of not knowing what is required. We provide trust and honesty. Our turnover of staff is very smal,l and most of our customers recognise our staff year on year.

We supply top quality fire equipment and products that are mostly Kitemarked, CE marked and conform with PED and Marine requirements. We buy in bulk to reduce our costs and use the same suppliers so that continuity and standardization are expected and assured.
  
We offer a FREE 10 year guarantee on all new extinguishers purchased from and maintained by us. And Yes, we have replaced units free of charge after 10 years.

We carry out free no-obligation surveys. We charge all our customers in arrears, on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. We give 28 days free credit to over 99% of customers.

Our charges are generally a lot lower than those of the largest fire equipment firms. Prices are offered with all sorts of benefits included, such as delivery, wall mounting, signs, commissioning and removal of redundant equipment FREE. We are also licensed waste carriers.
