We have vast knowledge and experience of testing and servicing Dry Riser systems. We can carry out a dry interim service, or a full hydraulic test of most types of dry riser systems and dry falling mains. We carry out all testing and repairs ourselves.
We can service and maintain underground fire hydrants on private land. All maintenance is carried out in accordance with BS 9990 Clause 7.3.2 and the service includes a flow test and static pressure test, a report on the condition of each hydrant, pit and marker plate and we also repaint the lid. Fire hydrants are used by the Fire & Rescue Services for drawing water for fire-fighting purposes, so they must be maintained in good order.
We maintain and carry out repairs and alterations to most types of sprinkler systems, but not residential sprinklers. Site surveys are often required before submitting maintenance quotes.
