From a Local Vision to a Trusted Name

We were founded in 1991 and have grown through planned expansion to become one of the South East's most respected fire equipment firms. We are members of FIA (Fire Industry Association, formerly FETA) and BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment). The UK Fire Association, the quality fire tradesand we have NSI Gold Membership and ISO 9001 accreditation.

In 2013, we were accepted into Hertfordshire County Council’s Trading Standards-approved ‘Buy with Confidence’ scheme, which further demonstrates our commitment to prove ourselves to our existing and potential customers. We are now also members of the UK Fire Association.

Serving Over 4,000 Clients with 10,000+ Site Visits Each Year Across the UK

We have over 4000 clients, and complete around 10,000 site visits a year. Many of our original clients from 1991 are still with us. A large amount of our new work is gained through recommendations and word of mouth.

We employ 10+ service engineers who are FIA qualified and BAFE Registered Technicians. They are backed up by 4 office staff. Many of our staff have worked for us for 15+ years and 3 for over 25 years. We operate a 24-hour, nationwide service, 7 days a week.

Our friendly office staff have good knowledge of a wide range of products, equipment and legislation within the fire industry. They can help with most enquiries, although if we are unable to help, then we will find out or put you in touch with someone who can assist you.

Most importantly for us is our reputation, which is built around our ethic never to pay bonuses or commission on any work. Most firms in the fire trade will entice the engineers to oversell by offering lucrative commissions on spare parts and new equipment. We have never done this, and we feel this protects our customers as much as enhancing our image and integrity.

Our customers include businesses both large and small, local and nationwide, Councils and Hospital Trusts, sporting venues, offices and churches of all denominations.

Besides extinguishers, fire alarms, emergency lights, AOV’s (Automatic Opening Vents), we also maintain and repair fire hose reels, sprinkler systems, dry riser systems & falling mains, underground fire hydrants. We also carry out our bespoke fire risk assessments, comprehensive staff fire training, fire doors inspections and associated carpentry work.

We supply and maintain a wide range of portable fire extinguishers in various sizes to suit all needs. Our FIA and BAFE registered technicians can service, refill and refurbish most makes of fire extinguishers. We carry out free site surveys to ensure we can submit swift, competitive quotations.
